Phase 1: Your website and customer journey
Your website is where someone goes from:

Or…..they click around for 12 seconds, get slightly confused, and disappear into the internet never to be seen again. 🙃
That doesn’t mean your products aren’t good.
It usually means the buying journey isn’t as clear or confident as it needs to be.
As part of this roadmap, I’ll personally review 70+ touchpoints across your website, looking at it through a sales, clarity, and decision making lens.
That includes things like:
✅ How clearly your product and brand value come across in the first few seconds
✅ Whether it’s obvious what to do next on every key page
✅ Where customers might hesitate, get distracted, or lose trust
✅ Whether the journey supports quick, confident buying decisions
✅ What’s currently making sales harder than it needs to be
You’ll receive:
➡️ A clear list of the most important improvements to prioritise first, so your website supports sales more effectively
➡️ A separate list of nice to have tweaks for later, so you can fully optimise and work on those lower priority tasks at your own pace.
Phase 2: Your marketing and sales activity
Next, I'll zoom out.
Because even with a great product and a fully optimised website, sales don’t just magically happen because you posted a reel and hoped for the best 😅
Marketing works when it’s connected.

When it’s pulling people towards a decision, not just giving someone some escapism for a few seconds.
I’ll look at how people are currently finding your brand, what you’re doing to attract and convert them, and where your marketing might be leaking sales without you realising.
