When purchasing any products or services you will be entering into a contract with Vicki Wallis Ltd. By making a purchase, you are confirming that you are of legal age to enter into a contract in the United Kingdom. Should you be legally considered a minor, you must obtain permission from your parent or guardian.

By making this purchase, you confirm that you are making the purchase to start your own fashion brand and do not and will not offer services or education to others.

This Agreement is made between;

The ‘Service Provider’ Vicki Wallis Ltd.

And

The ‘Client’ who purchases the product.

Commencing on today’s date. This document acts as a mutual agreement to define the terms of service for our working relationship. Both parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this Agreement take effect.

The Client understands and agrees that;

1. The Client will not share the materials within this product with anyone else. They understand they do not own the copyright to this product and therefore cannot sell, distribute or share this content in any way.

2. The Client understands that due to the nature of consulting and education, information passed to the Client may have also been passed on to other Client’s, if the same information also applies to them.

3. Although every care will be taken to provide accurate information, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible for the outcome of the use of such information and it’s recommended that the client does their own due diligence to ensure they take the most appropriate course of action. The Client agrees that they shall not hold the Service Provider liable for any incidental or consequential damages that arise from the Service Provider’s information.

4. Any companies or service providers referenced by the Service Provider should not be considered recommendations. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure any suppliers or providers they engage with meet their requirements and it’s important they undertake their own due diligence.

The Service Provider understands and agrees that;

1. Confidential Written Information, including but not limited to business plans, customer information, industry practice and email communications, provided by the Client shall be kept in strict confidence by both parties and shall not be used, without prior written consent, for any purpose other than in connection with the completion of the project. Confidential Written Information shall not be disclosed to any persons other than colleagues who have a need to know.

Service Provider Responsibilities:

1. The Service Provider will take every care to provide accurate information relevant to the Client, however due to the nature of the clothing business, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible for the outcome of the use of such information and it’s recommended that the client does their own due diligence to ensure they take the most appropriate course of action.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to resolve any dispute arising hereunder. The Client agrees to pay for the services rendered by Service Provider as agreed upon. By confirming their purchase, the Client agrees they have read, understood, and are considered legally bonded to these terms.
